The Voopoo Drag X2 is an 80W pod mod for direct-to-lung vaping — the first Voopoo device built on the PnP X platform, whose coils are rated to outlast around 100ml of e-liquid without flavour fade or burning. It runs on a single 18650 battery (sold separately), giving you swappable all-day power that built-in batteries can't match.

Output: 5–80W via the GENE.TT 2.0 chipset with three modes — Smart (auto-matches wattage to the fitted coil, ideal for newcomers to DTL), RBA (full manual 5–80W control) and ECO (stretches battery life by ~10%). The 0.96" TFT screen shows power, resistance, battery and puff data. The 2ml TPD-compliant PnP X DTL cartridge side-fills and uses top airflow to control leaking, with a 0.15Ω (60–80W) and 0.3Ω (32–40W) mesh coil included. Zinc alloy and leather build, USB-C charging.
What to run in it
This is a cloud device: pair it with 50–70% VG e-liquid at 10mg or below — our 50/50 range in 3–6mg and 0mg shortfills suit it; high-strength nic salts do not. PnP X coils are shared with the Drag S2 and Argus PRO 2, so spares cross over (older PnP coils don't fit).

Does the Voopoo Drag X2 come with a battery?
No — the Drag X2 runs on a single external 18650 battery that is sold separately. You'll need a high-drain 18650 cell and ideally an external charger, though the device also charges the fitted cell over USB-C.
How many watts is the Drag X2?
5–80W. Smart mode auto-matches power to the fitted coil (the safest option), RBA mode gives full manual control, and ECO mode stretches battery life by around 10%. A 0.96" TFT screen shows the live settings.
Which coils and pods fit the Drag X2?
The PnP X platform — the 2ml TPD cartridge takes PnP X mesh coils (0.15Ω and 0.3Ω included), which Voopoo rates to outlast roughly 100ml of e-liquid. They interchange with the Drag S2 and Argus PRO 2, but older PnP coils do not fit.
What e-liquid should I use in the Drag X2?
This is a direct-to-lung device: use 50–70% VG liquid at 10mg nicotine or below — our 50/50 range at 3–6mg or 0mg shortfills. High-strength 20mg nic salts are far too harsh at these wattages.
Is the Drag X2 good for beginners?
