At Vape Up, we dispatch orders the same day (subject to cut-off times), offer next-day delivery across mainland UK, and tracked 48-hour delivery to remote areas and Northern Ireland. Every order comes with email tracking, and we use recyclable packaging wherever possible.

We deliver via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail and Evri, depending on your location and availability.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery Times
- Mainland UK (Tracked 24): Next working day after dispatch
- Remote postcodes & Northern Ireland (Tracked 48): 48–72 hours after dispatch
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
Remote Postcodes
We ship to remote postcodes including FK, IV, HS, PH, PA, ZE, and TR. Due to courier limitations, these areas receive Tracked 48 delivery instead of next-day service.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Use it to monitor courier updates, delivery progress, and expected arrival times.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please wait 24 hours after the expected delivery date before contacting our support team. We'll contact the courier, investigate, and update you as soon as they respond. Where a parcel is confirmed stuck with a courier, replacements are dispatched within 4 working days.
To report a lost package, contact support by email or phone with your order number, tracking details, and a brief description of the issue.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and your order details. Our support team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or advise on next steps.
Packaging
We use recyclable cardboard packaging and protective materials to keep your products safe in transit, in line with our environmental policy.
Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information, and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If an incorrect address is entered or a delivery attempt fails, additional redelivery charges may apply. We recommend monitoring your tracking updates and contacting support if anything looks wrong.
